Great location next to all the poolside activities, events, and the chapel. There are plenty of options for things to do and the food is fantastic! 🏝️

The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, and the all-inclusive selection is excellent. The pool area is well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities on-site. The restaurants offer good food, although reservations can be tricky. The view from the faro is amazing, and the bartenders are exceptional. a great experience.

We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Riviera Maya for a week-long vacation. The presidential suite was incredibly spacious and luxurious. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The wifi was reliable, and the restaurants offered a good variety of food options. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment program and the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions such as Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The hotel also had beautiful swimming areas by the cliffs, providing a unique alternative to the traditional sandy beach experience.

The place had a special atmosphere. The breakfast was very very good with specially made omelettes and also pancakes and served by the very professional staff

The hotel facilities were great, with fantastic rooms and comfortable beds. The all-inclusive selection, especially the ice cream parlour, was one of the best I've seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was stunning, with a breathtaking space. The roof terrace and jacuzzi in our room were amazing.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice; the food offered a great variety of options, and our bathroom included a shower, hair dryers, terry bathrobes, and a Jacuzzi bathtub.

The hotel offers modern, well-stocked rooms with clean towels and comfortable king beds. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the private beach area and the authentic Mexican restaurant.

I recently had the BEST vacation ever at a hotel in an amazing location on the best beach. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, especially the entertainment team who went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. The food at the French restaurant was superb, and the gym and spa facilities were excellent. The resort also had a wide range of activities for both adults and kids, making it perfect for families. I can't wait to go back!

The housekeeping staff at the hotel lacked consistency and we had to repeatedly request for toiletries and towels.

The hotel was nice and cleaned with excellent wifi. We enjoyed the good food and variability in the buffet and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and provided quick service. The location was great, very close to Tulum and Playa del Carmen, and we were able to easily get around using taxis. The hotel had a program for every night with live bands, music, and shows. The beach had plenty of chairs for everyone, so there was no need to wake up early to secure a spot. The hotel also had nice small swimming areas next to a cliff, which provided a different beach experience.

Nothing to fault, this city has much nicer places to stay.

our city break at the hard rock exceeded our expectations. stunning lobby, amazing rooftop terrace and jacuzzi in our room, and lovely staff. It was a perfect adults romantic getaway, far better than our previous stay in riviera maya!

For the price we paid, we got amazing value. The room was spacious and always clean. The location was great, close to both Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The staff treated us exceptionally well, providing quick and friendly service throughout our stay.

Had a Christmas vacation in Riviera Maya and the experience was great. Enjoyed the complementary drink upon arrival and the well-stocked minibar in the room. The location was perfect as it was near the beach and had easy access to different restaurants. Also, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The reserved pool chairs were a major issue. It was hard to find an available spot and when we did, the chairs were uncomfortable.
